Nicole Young

Drawn in with anticipation for the first scene with young Nat and Buck. The character intro for the supporting cast felt like a shark jump but then slowly developed into a reasonable assist. The A list Actors were great. The score distracted me from connecting to the characters emotions and made the scenes and backdrop seem comical in a way. An appreciation for the visual landscape was noted throughout the film; and I imagine the black west would have been dazzling. The story line and plot was A1 but the movie seemed to lack something or maybe expressed too much of one idea or perspective. it was a solid 2.5/3⭐ for me.
