Absolutely lovely film. I have no idea why there are so many 1 star reviews! I loved every minute of this film. Beautifully shot opening scene with such a lovely soundtrack. All ages of Laal were great (especially the incredibly beautiful little boy) and you invest in all the characters. It has a good pace and plenty of pathos. I've watched it twice in a month and recommend to everyone. Got the soundtrack on Spotify on a loop. Please, give it a go, it's absolutely super.
