I watched it in the movie theater today and I’m a die heater horror fan of the majority of genre out there but the exorcist is my biggest one. From the original 1973 version to 2023 is a flop. I love the two girl’s special having different backgrounds of race but why didn’t they counting the movie in the hospital?? Why did the other girl didn’t survive was it what the root doctor was doing to save the girl? Was it because her family wasn’t believing in their own religion to save their daughter???And what happen to the girls when they did their little ritual?? I have more questions to ask after watching this movie. I was hoping for more detail background that can make the audience feel more sacred and gain some good suspense but just very rushed and lousy in my opinion…loved the acting loved the makeup and effects but overall didn’t get scared spooked or felt any time of fear :/ just want people to make true horror movies…have every opportunity to make the best scariest movie of the year and just missed it poorly with this one :/
