This fantastic and simple workout is so old it was a VHS tape the first time I did it! My mom bought it for me because I was depressed one summer and she wanted me to get out of bed and do something, anything. This workout lifted me out of my depression and transformed by body in a way that no other exercise ever had before. I started running two miles in addition to this workout that summer and I felt invincible (and looked and felt amazing!). It also led to lifelong love of exercise. I recently gifted this video to a friend because we are all stuck indoors and this is a workout that requires so little space, it's perfect for a pandemic quarantine 25 years later! Wow.

Sandler is brilliant and compellingly watchable as a cringe-worthy compulsive gambler. He may seem like a befuddled buffoon at times but behind the seemingly external frenetic chaos at work, he's a man with a fast twitch brain, a cheating heart and a heart of gold inside. That's the thing: everything is external, everything is internal. You'll see what I mean when you watch this film. Uncut Gems is a relentless, thrill-your-senses, nonstop ride that never lets up. The best part is that you don't want it to let up. So buckle in kids, you'll be glad you did.
