To preface I was a Michael Crichton fan who loved the movie Jurassic Park despite its flaws and changes. The Park trilogy was good and the first two World movies were not the greatest, but I hung in there. I saw Dominion on Thursday despite the overwhelmingly bad reviews and was I happy I did. The plot was just fine compared to most movies and while there was a lot of fan service who hasn't seen the original movie or Fallen Kingdom? It wasn't perfect, but they worked in a lot of things that tied the two different series up in a way we don't see much of anymore. Why the bad reviews? This movie was great on many levels even with its flaws and getting a lot wrong (still) about dinosaurs. This movie felt more like Jurassic Park 4 in regards to the dinosaurs, but still a direct sequel at the same time.
