Honestly it's just a bit odd how much this game really does wrong. Like the ideas are there but the execution is poor and unpolished. The game lacks the detailing work that the first one had and doesn't allow for a city to have any character on account of the small variety in building models. Plus now mods are all regulated by Paradox which I don't trust them to not monetize.
