Decent. Actually quite good.
In the beginning I couldn't swallow the CGI (Captain Harlock level would be me impossible I guess), but I understand that for a series and quickly made it is acceptable. The story, I love it and highly recommended.
No regret.
For Netflix and the whole initiative: Ghost in the Shell is nearly sacred, be careful at least, the CGI level shouldn't be allowed in the franchise.
