Phenomenal! Jennifer Hudson totally embraced Aretha Franklin. Her walk, talk, gestures, body language! Simply extraordinary! Please get out and support this film! I was not as impressed with Marlon’s performance! Although impressive for his first dramatic role and a tough character to portray, not Oscar worthy. Jennifer on the other hand, if she is not nominated, there is no justice in Hollywood.
