This movie seems to get unnecessary hate for stupid reasons. It was a good family yet suspenseful movie. Acting was good and cgi was good. Definitely kept me off my seat in some scenes. Overall good movie i enjoyed and wouldn’t mind rewatching. To the silly people saying the movie completely copied the Meg it has no similarities to the storyline but how big the shark is AND this tale comes from Mexican folktales which it acknowledges. Not all shark movies is copying the Meg movie that would be like saying every “scream” movie would copy every “Halloween” movie for the simple fact of the movies protagonist. Over hated movie and I’m glad I didn’t listen to the reviews. 5 stars.
