Production is good, decorations, clothes, etc. However, I am not sure what sources did they use to get stories about the upbringing of Al Fatih. It does not seem to be accurate or in accordance with the majority of sources. The story shows a person who is infatuated by Alexander with no other motive but the glory. This was not the motivation, especially that the narrator mentioned the hadith that shows how great is the ruler of Constantinople. It shows that Al-Fatih had a religious upbringing. The script with Murat, for example, saying to his son, that even people started to doubt that even Allah can conquer the walls of Constantinople. I doubt that Murat dared to say this, and I dare the writers to show us in history where this was mentioned. It may seem a trivial statement, but it is not. It tells you a lot about the characters, their beliefs, and their motivations. Where did this come from?
From the comments, many people seem to learn about the Ottoman empire's history just from this show, and you should know that this is not the history, this is the Emre Åžahin's version of the history. The show's production is good, if you got intrigued by history, do your homework and read more from trustworthy and credible historical sources.
