This drama is intense , mindblowing and just wow. I think this is Seo Ye Ji's career best performance. The story is well written , the cast is perfect. This is the best social issue drama I've ever seen . If you are considering whether or not to watch , give yourself a favour and watch it.

I don't usually write reviews for kdramas. But I had to write for this one. This is one gem of a drama. This is the first kdrama that kept the same pace from beginning to end among all the dramas i watched ( I have watched around 50).The script is well written leaving hardly any loopholes. Many ideas and issues are packed into this 12 episode drama. If you are considering whether to watch it or not, do yourself a favour and watch it. You will love it for sure.

I really can't understand what the hype is about. There is no clarification regarding the magical world that she landed in. What happens there? How to escape? Nothing whatsoever. Every scene was unconnected to the previous ones. Worst script ever. I had high expectations for this one as I saw this after your name.

It is the most heartwarming kdrama I have ever seen. Romance is not the main premise of this drama. It deals more with the intra family and inter family relationships . It makes me nostalgic about a time I haven't lived. The ending could have been better on the romance side. Apart from that it is a gem of a drama.

The King is a visual treat with some really good cinematography. Kim Go Eun did a fantastic job. I was happy to see the ajhumma from BOF reunited with LMH.I understand the genre is science-fiction/fantasy. But there should be some logic and rules even in fantasy. The story seems completely arbitrary. There are so many unanswered/poorly explained questions. The writer seemed to have put little effort to make sense of the plot. I have seen Lee Min Ho in fantasy genre in The Great Doctor(Faith) /LOTBS. Both of their science fiction/fantasy was perfectly weaved into the story. TKEM lacks depth. Spoiler Alert How does the future self of Lee Lim exist even after the past self killed him? Who is the boy who plays with yoyo? Why are the future actions not incorporated into the past events after the first return to past? What is that random place where nothing happens? Lee Gon says he tried to find the end but it extends to infinty.Then how can people cross that place? What's with that fiery scar? The list goes on... They could've done a much better job if they had put some logic in the story. I had great expectations in the beginning. Sad that it ended up like this.
