Enjoyable, promising start, bit dark in places, but showed good promise. Then, the final episode! O dear, a complete farce and let the whole story down! So many unanswered questions, abysmal plot lines, silly, unrealistic scenarios and ridiculous final last scenes. Disappointing.

Ruth Wilson deserves an award for her unbelievably good acting in this drama. I have no idea how she did it. Her portrayal of Lorna, traumatised by her disturbing past experiences, and her unfaltering desire to find her baby, is sad, heartbreaking, poignant, gripping and, quite simply, brilliant. I am wrecked emotionally. A definite must watch.
