Why even bother?
(Ultimate team review)
Want to have fun playing a football simulator? - Look away cause this game isn't it.
Want to gamble but not actually gamble? - Welcome to the team!
When I started stressing out over what pass to make in order to get out of an opponents press 5 yards away from my penalty box, only to look up and see that my opponent isn't even controlling the player he's pressing me with...
I knew I was done.
This game is unplayable. It's fun up to around division 5 because that's how far the casuals ever bother to venture up to. The game will feel like there's good realism based play, good graphics and so on and so forth.
But past that point (at least for me) you just cannot play football anymore. It's a mechanics simulation. You HAVE to play a certain way to get wins.
Takes the fun and joy of creative football right outta ya.
Anyways long story short. I should've done this earlier but I'm abandoning the game that abandoned me from the start. This franchise will never see me again.
Oh and pointers for the incompetent billion dollar developers:
Moments mode:
Once you start world class and up modes in the foundations for attacking. Your player has to chase the ball to initiate an attack with literally 10 seconds to score. (You are supposed to start with the ball)
Squad battles:
If by chance with some freak luck you manage to make the opponent ai get both their CB's red carded the game crashes
Squad building:
There is a glitch where your players switch positions without you doing it, you could see my striker play CM
Others:
Ultimate team just crashes regularly on a constant basis. There's more but I think you'll be fixing it as a patch in FC26.
Goodluck getting any sales
