Just finished watching Season 1 on Netflix and I absolutely like it. Too bad there won't be a Season 2 (I hope whoever's in charge will change their minds)
It's basically bible + history + some creative script writing that try to connect biblical characters with one another. It may not be 100% accurate but I can deal with that.
Great show to watch and perhaps a good way to introduce people to be more interested in the bible and history.
