The movie was not at all like the book. Why is Annabeth blonde? She was all about defying the stereotypical 'dumb blonde' so that was a big part and they threw that away. Where is Clarise, the toilet scene, Ares, the St. Luis arch scene, Kronos? Also, why is everyone 16 and in high school and why is Grover a ladies man? If you read the books and you're a fan of the Percy Jackson books, please don't watch the movie. It's inaccurate, and a disappointment. If done properly, the movies could've been a Harry Potter level series but was not done justice. It's not a memorable movie and a waste of time.
