Beautiful and tender visit around how time and missed opportunities, loss and longing change us. Set around a relationship starting in youth, the individuals separated find parts of their past selves still connected over time with one another. As an immigrant, I especially appreciated the acknowledgment of a liminal self and how one can experience the self as foreign in both the new context and the old one after time has elapsed.
