Tons of dialogue interspersed with brutal death scenes make this show a bit of a slog. Sponsored by big tobacco and alcohol it does it's best to make these look cool while Auggie looks down her nose at her womanizing pothead "boyfriend?" who has been addled by the reefer madness. The cast does a good job, even when the writing doesn't keep up with them and while the special effects are phenomenal some scenes are silly and poorly directed. SPOILERS :(such as a certain big guy's death scene) I will watch season 2 if only to justify having watched season 1 but won't be horribly disappointed if this doesn't see a second season.

This show does a good job bringing a huge game to a cinematic audience. Not a show for children but not because of a few chaste kisses between women so much as the incredibly brutal violence. Pearl clutchers need to understand that lesbian women exist and affection between them is not pushing any agendas, it is a fact of reality. Some reviewers act as if lesbianism is contagious and by viewing it on the screen their daughters will be forcefully converted to the gay. Great animation, FANTASTIC music score. Game players will be pleased by familiar Dino sounds and music themes. It makes me happy to see a niche video game brought to an audience who would otherwise never know of its existence. Looking forward to part 2. I challenge 1 star reviews to quantify the alleged woke agenda instead of using low IQ Fox News buzz words to justify lesbian bigotry.
