After I saw this movie, someone asked me if it was good. My response? Nope. I expected so much more from this movie because it was a Jordan Peele film, but it fell flat. The visual effects were nice and Keke Palmer did a great job acting. However, there was no reason or resolution to the plot and the monkey storyline was thrown in and never explained. The whole time I was watching I kept thinking, okay when is this going to get better? It never did. I honestly regret paying theater prices for an overdone alien flick.
