Until now, I have never thought of leaving a review when I personally have not made a purchase and do not have first hand knowledge. However it appears that folks reading others' reviews are the experts on this book. Regardless of the multitudes who mark those reviews as "Helpful," they indeed are not helpful because the so-called 'reviewer' didn't read the book. So they are posers. So, don't consider this a review of the book but more a review of the fake reviews. The craziest reviews are the ones that seem to forget they didn't purchase the book, but then they say things as though they did like it wasn't hard back and just a bunch of "xerox" copies. Who the f*** even uses that term anymore when referring to photocopies. I bet they still cc: (carbon copy) folks also with manuscripts like the forefathers mentioned by Claude writing in the candle light. I'm not buying the book because it's a waste of money, and old Claude didn't convince me with all his acting and lies. I give him and his poser reviewers 5 stars for running game.
