I took my wife and 14 year old granddaughter too see this. From start to finish the movie was great. The time period, the hardships of life and the enduring spirit of overcoming adversity. My granddaughter likes modern day /new age movies, and I was really floored when she started rambling on how much she enjoyed the film.
It may not get great reviews with the critics, but I would recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to go see it again.
