The most over rated show out there. The plot meanders, the characters are insufferable, by season three the dialogue is mind numbingly boring. It tries to be a drama but nothing dramatic ever happens. I've stopped and started so many times to try and get through a season and sometimes and episode. I even resorted to drinking which usually gets me through but I just ended up on twitter ignoring the show. I have no idea how this show is rated so highly, o can only assume people are so starved for good tv this seemed like a breath of fresh air but it's mediocre garbage

Boy o boy, it's worst than I was expecting. I thought going down darker path might have breathed some life into Disney star wars but this is a bland, strangely edited, poorly acted, immitation of star wars with some of the worst current day California dialogue I've seen since Disney took over. They have gone full blown martial arts meets the matrix level of fighting which takes you right out of it from the very first scene. They must have used AI for the script because it's so dull and lifeless only a computer could have written. They don't flesh out the characters and why I should care about them. They just move scene to scene speaking at each other. One of the most distracting parts is these short scenes where it starts to set something up then immediately cuts away, leaving you feeling lost.

If I had to sum this movie up in one word, it would be 'boring'. I didn't laugh once, the action is lame and the writing is so bad. Ryan and Emily are obviously awesome but even they couldn't save this movie. It's one of those movies that tries to be funny but was written by someone who doesn't understand comedy. It tries so hard to be funny that it becomes painful to watch. Save yourself a couple hours and skip this one

I'm 1 hour into the movie and I haven't laughed once, not even a smile. The actors are all so bland, the jokes aren't landing or even funny, the style reminds my of the worst MCU humour that E rryone semes to have copied. Even the original cast are acting weird, the tone is nothing like the original. The previous movie at least had heart and seemed respectful to the original, this is just one big goof. Don't bother with this one, they've gone off the rails. More Hollywood garbage

Loved it, I normally hate reading subtitles but the dialogue was tight, the performances were good and it held my attention all the way through. The best part is Godzilla, this is how Godzilla is supposed to be, slow, lumbering but unstoppable and he looked fantastic. When he charges his special weapon and unleashes it I got goosebumps. The WW2 setting was a perfect, seeing the Japanese scenery of the era gave it a cool aesthetic. I can't believe they made this for less than $15m because the sets and the FX are better than virtually all that of seen from Hollywood in the past decade. No over the top cgi scenes that look ridiculous. Just realistic looking visuals and actually look like Godzilla is destroying everything. Oh and the pacing never felt slow, couple slower moments where there to give some relief after big moments but never checked my phone or got distracted. Strong recommend
