I was recently involved in an accident which resulted in me being paralyzed from the neck down. Everyday I would struggle with the thought of staying alive because I didn’t see a purpose with how immobilized I was… due to my paralysis, I needed my older sister to hand bathe me from head to toe, with each scrub leaving no sensation to me as I had suffered from severe nerve damage. Yesterday my sister turned on Netflix and put on He’s All That while I was getting bathed. The movie was so bad and agonizing to watch that my body suddenly went into survival mode. My body felt that this movie was such a threat to my health that it REGAINED ALL FEELING IN MY LIMBS AND TORSO! All of a sudden, I was able to waddle towards the nearest hard object I could find and chuck it at the tv. And just like that, He’s All That wasn’t playing anymore. So I would like to thank Addison Rae for her role in He’s All That, which was so painful to watch, that it actually allowed me to move again☺️☺️
