Jane Austin is rolling over in her grave at how awful this ended! This is not how her novels go. There has to be a second season. Just this whole storyline is so not what she would have written. In addition some of the things they say are not even from the period. Not only did they quote Benjamin Franklin, they had a Mary poppins quote as well! I just can’t believe how this turned out! Jane Austin would not have had so much filth and perversion in her novel. So disappointing. The triangle between Clara, Edward and ester was appalling!
