Beautiful, painful, compelling, and a story that Americans should know. I strongly recommend both reading Grann's book and seeing the movie, because Grann deals with the nuts and bolts of the investigation and helps you keep track of the criminal case. Three magnificent performances make this the kind of human story that you just can't forget: DeNiro, Di Caprio, and Gladstone. All 3 deserve Oscars.
