Godzilla shouldn't be this hard to adapt. You have two or more giant monsters and they fight. That's it, that's what we want to see. Instead we get enough exposition and science theory to have what? A psuedo realistic take on Godzilla. Just watch Shin Godzilla if you want that.
On the bright side Jet Jaguar was nice to see again.
