Did not like it at all. The cast was excellent, acting was very good overall, but the story, the Hollywoodization of the story, had nothing to offer. It was a pointless movie. Confusing, toooooo long, and did not really address, after the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the absolute horror of nuclear war. This, too, was glossed over and Hollywoodized. Big, FAT thumbs-down. Possibly the worst movie ever. The lack of a true theme and point to the movie may explain the incredible hype before release. Someone else wrote, “they felt cheated,” by having watched the film. I second that opinion.
