this movie was okay it is silence of the lambs which is a much better movie in my opinion, I wish that Jodie foster would return for this one. but I could really understand why she didn't wanna return. this movie doesn't really follow up on silence of the lambs. it just does mostly shock vulture that there is some lousy editing , shots being wide. this movie could have done a lot better.

first this story to me doesn't feel like a Hannibal Lecter story it is more of typical revenge neo noir than a Hannibal story with a pinch of cannibal Nazis & plus the pilot hole with a really weird cringe love interest that being Hannibal has with windowed aunt. this movie & book is really lousy, cancerous monstrous of a story okay the only reason Thomas Harris wrote this story because a studio head threating to write a prequel of his character if he didn't it. it arrester questions that nobody was asking for anyways.
