Reading some of these reviews did not surprise me.!
I enquired About the TEBO quite some time ago and recognised immediately that they only work on a call back service disguised with, that all callers are busy and will return your call.
They do this to keep a record of the caller and get your details whether you purchase or not and you're stored on file.
You do not need to hand over any details aside from your first name (out of courtesy of course) unless you decide to purchase.
I also pushed to learn about the return policy seeing as they were eager to convince me that l was getting a great deal, and wouldn't be disappointed.
Yet, if l were to make the purchase, knowing their ridiculous return policy only cemented that this was not a purchase l was willing to make.
Further more, unlike TVSN Australias leading shopping channel who are transparent about their prices, they are not.
When l repeatedly asked why they don't display prices, they are well versed in their answers.
That prices change from time to time. NO! I saw right through that garbage.
By not displaying a price, they will attempt to see how much they can sponge out of you and use different tactics before they come to a last and final price if you don't accept their offer especially when they attempt to sweeten the deal by doing you a favor and gifting you with a product worth so much dollars!
It's so laughable!! I couldn't help but respond to their every attempt.
Unfortunately, these individuals on the other line are simply trying to make an extra dollar working on commission, willing to keep you on the phone and engaged to make a sale.
One day their pricing it 12,000 and the next it's $6.000.
And of course it varies day to day - they are surely right about that! ๐
When it comes to any kind of assistive technology, you really need to purchase from somewhere reputable that returning the product isn't going to cause you that much drama and a hole in your pocket!
And with massage chairs, especially for those of us where it's not seen as as a luxury, who is in need of pain relief, you just have to do your homework.
Research online, then make a phone call and appointment and go try a few different chair's to know what is the best fit for you.
I tried researching to find if their were any stockists in order to try this equipment and came across these reviews below.
I wasn't surprised, and l no longer wish to add that massage chair to the list.
Overpriced for a chair not worthy of it's coin.
As for the star rating, that was simply to allow post.
I deeply feel for the gentleman and his wife below.
Elderly who shouldn't have to deal with further stresses in their life.
And anyone relying on pain relief only to be left disappointed and out of pocket.
