Personally my experience with gen 8, is very mixed. The game has some good ideas but with poor execution. It feels like a rushed and unpolished experience. The story and post game were quite lacking, which was an utter disappointment. I didn’t mind the National dex cut at first, but when I learnt the dex count was around 400, and not 600 or so. It really left a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully the dlc can fix the game, one can only hope. If I had to rank the game when compared with others, It would be at the bottom for me.
