Just bought the game and basically I broken the rules by buying coins. Got transfer ban in FUT so basically I can’t play FUT any more, I understand i did wrong but it was the first time. they said it is written in the agreement, but really who is reading the agreement.. . How about a warning first or deleting the squad and losing my money spend on coins how I advised them , they banned me for the whole year so i can trash the game basically after 1 day of owning it. I was asking for a fair judgement . This is like someone who stole a bread and is hand is getting chopped off like in the medieval age (fair judge), they just don’t care. Probably that’s one of the reasons why the game has such a big score on reviews .. 😊
