This movie isn't as good as the original Knives Out, I think that's safe to say. But, if they just made another movie with the exact same beats as the first, the same people who are currently complaining that this movie isn't 'as good' would be the same people complaining that they just ran the same movie back again. Bottom line, it's a great cast, it's entertaining, there isn't a ton of CGI and, unless I missed something, no character wears a cape or a metal suit (and I say that as a fan of those types of movies). I'm just glad that people are still making movies for adults that are meant to be fun.
