The Midgar Badass

This movie on its own is actually really good and the twist villain seemed like a better version of lego movie 2. However Disney is known for making trash twist villains but this one is not bad. The only flaw is that this movie should’ve been buzz’s origin instead of the movie Andy watched. If is the move Andy watched then a log of things that happen in toy story don’t make sense. Why would buzz’s quote be “I protect the Galaxy from the threat of invasion of the evil emperor zurg…” when zurg isn’t even an emperor in this movie. Trying to connect this movie to toy story makes it sloppy and unorganized but on its own it’s pretty good. The character arcs and dialogue hit really well and they got amazing voice actors. Also something not as major but if this movie was made in 1995 then it would’ve gotten shut down immediately for lgbtq relationships. Just call it buzz’s origins instead of trying to pass it off as the movie Andy watched, and this movie becomes valid
