I listened to the audio version on a long return trip back home from the Holidays.
It was a bit ironic, since today is December 31st and 2024 will be here in the blink of an eye!
No need for resolution's, just a deep insight into ourselves is what we need.
So thought provoking and seeds planted for things that arise in our life’s -good and bad.
I just ordered a hard copy to make notes on very relevant parts that I will go back and ponder .
