I was very disappointed this evening to see your item on climate change. A dairy farmer who was pointing out the excessive the amount of water it takes to produce almond milk litre for litre (or pint for pint.) What he didn't do was state how much it costs to produce oat, rice or soya milk. He then went on to say more than once that cows milk was more natural! For the calf maybe. There is nothing natural about artificially inseminating a cow then cruely removing her calf once born so humans can drink her milk! Interestingly the interviewee picked the plant based milk that uses the most water. He had so many others to choose from including hazelnut the most ecofriendly plant based milk.
