Van is at his best live. I first saw him live several times 57 years ago when he fronted "Them." Though I haven't seen him live since then I've been a fan ever since. This may be his best live album yet. It has a great selection of Van's song's and two covers: Fank Sinatra's "That's Life" and Sam Cooke's "You Send Me." The arrangements, musicianship and the recording quality are outstanding. I sent my daughter a vinyl copy and am confident she'll love it. My granddaughter, an accomplished sax player, will love her CD when she gets it.
