Let me be very clear here. News is important. News must be objective, or it isn't news. CBS this Morning has become a show of agendas and commentary. The network should not refer to any of the "hosts" as journalists. Having taught broadcast journalism in higher education for over 34 years, I stressed factual integrity and objectivity. Gayle King may be one of the worst offenders I've seen on TV masquerading as a journalist. People tuning into this program should see a disclaimer clearly stating the show they are watching is frequently based on conjecture and opinion and should not be considered news. Shame on CBS for allowing this type of behavior on a show people watch for morning news.
