A magnificent series with exceptional performances. Not for the faint hearted but the violence and constant profanity bring about a disturbing reality that hides, sometimes in plain sight, amongst our society.
Masterfully constructed and a beautifully understated ending sealed with Radical Faces' haunting '"Welcome Home, Son".

The Dog were/are a remarkably unheralded prog rock band. Despite gaining plaudits initially as a ground breaking group by none other than the Rolling Stones magazine, their originality and musicianship were barely recognised in the UK. This compilation album showcases, in the main, tracks from two of the finest albums of the 70s or indeed any decade: At the Sound of the Bell and Pampered Menial.
David Surkamp has resurrected the name and the band in recent years, touring in the UK and Europe fairly regularly. Unfortunately, the proposed tour in 2022 was cancelled due to the death of the lead guitarist.
If they ever get back on the road, go see them!!

Probably the best thing I've seen on Netflix and maybe the best series I have ever seen!
Wonderfully developed, with clever writing and excellent casting. The weaving of many of Poe's stories and poems into the narrative was excellent and the overall message presented is relevant and stark, although doubtless, will be ignored by the corporate giants preying on the world.

Series 4: by far the most heart-rending series and expertly written, acted and produced. Touches on relevant subjects without syrupy clichés which makes the viewer make the decisions on what the protagonists may be facing. It doesn't preach but it does challenge. A particular shout-out to Joanna Bacon, a wonderful portrayal of pre-dementia and superbly supported by an exceptional cast.

A wonderful experience, watching exquisitely accomplished musicians play one of the most iconic albums of my (and probably most other's) generation.
Robin Smith's arrangement and direction gave a subtle re-imagining of Oldfield's masterpiece and the sell out audience at the De La Warr Pavilion gave, quite rightly, a standing ovation at the end.
