Just finished the series. Overall I loved it. Easily the best Star Wars content since the original trilogy in my opinion. Beginning couple episodes were slow but thoughtfully written. I wasn’t expecting it to be amazing right off the bay, the drama and tension always build slowly in the best shows/movies/miniseries. Once things start to get going and Vader shows up things get really good. I always wanted to see a powerful representation of Vader but this surpassed my expectations. The finale was incredible. I love Obi-Wan’s arc from disillusioned and defeated to hopeful and at peace by the end. Also really enjoyed the third sister’s story arc. Overall a must see for all Star Wars fans, but especially those 40 something’s like me who grew up on 100s of repeated viewings of episodes 4-6.
