2 stars for effort. It's not that it was terrible....it's that it was boring. The premise of the movie could have been very interesting if done right. In essence you are watching 80 minutes of what should have been the 20 minute preamble to the storyline....but instead the preamble was the entire movie and it never gets to the story. The final scene hints at what might come....if there is a sequel to this snooze fest. The special effects where OK...a bit above Scifi channel's flying sharks but at no point were you actually scared or invested in this non story
