Balaji Telefilms Ekta Kapoor This one is my sincere and loving letter to you about the daily soaps that you are making today. I'll mention the one that I recently started watching again after a year, just out of curiosity if anything new happened.... It's Kundali bhagya on ZEE TV I last saw it in 2019 around june when preeta and karan were trying to prove Sherlyn's pregnancy and stopped watching ut when the plot was getting over dragged. Even an ad trailer could tell the story so didn't really need to sit and watch the whole episode everyday. I just want you guys to clarify how it's so that where on OTT platforms, the web series are being made on such crazy and mind blowing story lines with amazing direction and acting, you guys are still stuck on that unrealistic, over exagerated drama and expect us to not lose our minds and stop watching it. 1) Do you not feel that being in the entertainment industry, it's your moral duty to show content that changes the orthodox mentality of the people rather than still making content with family drama and plotting and all sorts of negativity? 2) How come your shows celebrate every festival on time every year, but lose track of time when it comes to major details about timings such as of a woman's pregnancy which gets carried on for more than 2 years without even a little baby bump? 3) How in today's world, a villain, who is the dumbest of all,does not get caught, despite their full episode monologue confession of their crime in front of the hero? Our phones have a feature of recording right? 4) How is the villain's end always dependent on 1 person who's in Coma ever since the show began? I don't get it.... ain't the actor passionate enough to work more and experiment with their skills, how do they get comfortable in getting paid for just sleeping all the time? 5) Why does the good guy always have to give long moral speeches to the villains? They're clearly not going to have a change of heart guys! 6) Why aren't taxis and autos paid after their services? Middle class people would never sit in an auto without bargaining beforehand....you don't show that real side ever! 7) Why when a wife declares her pregnancy, does the husband not question her about how and when because clearly they have never ever been intimate....is the husband from daily soap not a real world man? 8) Why are financial status and caste differences still given importance in the serials in 2020? 9) Why is there always 1 character who is the most influential family member but always makes wrong decisions and others do not question them. 10) Why on Earth, are you guys still making stupid content and not trying to change your scripts as per the modern world? I get it your content cannot be inappropriate and vulgar with abusive language.... it's meant to be for families....but what You're making it the height of inappropriate, unreal, of low mentality, regressive, questionable, and surely spreading wrong message and vibes.
