Tense thriller and unpredictable ending

Interesting story, however I didn't know that in late 19th century and beginning of 20th century open marriages were acceptable. Gabriele's personality changes rapidly because of her controlling and cheating husband, it's good to see she becomes the real artist and fights for her rights to be acknowledged author.
