Logan Wessendorf

A piece of Art by Nolan. This movie is nearly 3 hours long but still leaves you wanting more. I love how he uses black and White sporadically throughout the film. In my opinion, not many movies can pull that off. The only other one I can think of is Schindler’s list. You can almost feel the tension between characters both in the sheer difficulty of what they are trying to accomplish, as well as the morality of the situation and how that weighs on the conscious of the Scientists… I like when a movie makes me think versus just merely entertains me… if you agree with me on that, give Oppenheimer a shot!!

A must watch for anyone interested in how war really is! This series tackles all of the hard aspects of war, and doesn’t romanticize it like Hollywood does. It allows you to really ‘feel’ and experience these events the best you can without actually having lived through them yourself. The two minute or so long interviews with the real veterans portrayed in the series at the beginning of each episode were a really nice touch. The series is an important reminder of how important Democracy and freedom are. I highly recommend it!
