Badly written script. Not accurate.

Only Emran Hashmi has done justice to acting, all the other actors are at best artificial, and border on overacting. A theme that could have been much better made. Unfortunately the director doesn't seem to understand that in 1942 vehicles like the Morris Minor and Mahindra (Diesel!) Jeep did not exist. Even the 1980s Doordarshan serials like Malgudi Days were authentic when it came to showing the correct model vehicles in their stories! No wonder they only released this movie on OTT, because nobody in their right mind would pay money to see this movie.

Really good movie. Every actor has performed well, but Abhishek is par excellence. Frankly, I think he is a better actor than even his great father. His emotions, flawless acting skills, and subtle comedy are a pleasure to watch. The problem with Abhishek has always been, people always compare him with the legend Amitabh Bacchan, which is not fair. He is a fantastic artiste in his own right and deserves all the praise for his wonderful work. Keep rocking, Abhishek, and keep entertaining us!
