From the first chapter to the last I was laughing and smiling. Emelle's sense of humor, innocence, approach to all things human was so funny. She was the MVP throughout with Third coming a close second. I can't wait to see how this evolves in the next book. The perfect feel good humorous palate cleanser

It was a heartbreaking, vulnerable, honest and raw Memoir..it was a deep account of his life traumas and struggles and his daily battles with his addiction. Absolutely shattering to hear his experience when he was a man who made the world laugh as he struggled alone behind closed doors

I really struggled with this book. I loved King of Wrath and couldn't wait to start the next book. This was a real let down. I jump between audiobooks and Paperback and after hearing the narrator for Kai it was such a turn off. I couldn't unhear it and the chemistry between Kai and Isa was so painful to sit through. I forced myself to read it as quick as possible so I can move onto the next one. I wish I could give a better review as I gave King of Wrath 5 stars but this was a real let down and unenjoyable. My suggestion would be do not listen to the Audiobook, it may give a better experience.

I looovvvveeeddd this book. Dante was so charismatic, dark, brutish, funny and ohhh so hot. Their chemistry was electric and found myself not wanting to put down the book.

I enjoyed this book and seeing the development of Autumn and Finny. They were sweet , young and made me feel nostalgic for an old friendship. I struggled at times with how it was written. Although super easy to read, yes predictable, the constant he said, she said after everytime someone 'said' anything was bothersome and distracted from what could have been sweet dialogue amoungst characters, made it hard to immerse yourself in the storyline. This is why I went three stars. That being said it was still a nice read *** Spoiler Alert below *** but seriously what was with the three plot twists in the last 5 chapters. My jaw dropped and my heart broke three times over in less than 10 pages. I was not prepared for that!

I absolutely loved this book. It extremely well written and you get a real in-depth visualisation of the characters and how their unique friendship bonded them over time into a very special love. It had me laughing, crying, heart racing and hoping that these two would have a perfect ending. The only sad thing about the end is there is no more Poppy and Alex adventures to read about. I don't normally write book reviews but this one is definately worth the read. Get ready to wish you had a friendship like Alex and Poppy

What a remarkable book. I read this book cover to cover in 4 hours and could not put it down. From the moment Eddie called me his friend I was instantly connected. Every word on the page felt like he was talking directly to you. Sharing all the horrors that happened and the personal triumphs over evil he made in the face of it. It had me in tears both in sadness but also in awe of this beautiful man who rose from the ashes of what will always be one of the most horrific time of our history. His gentleness and sincerity can be felt through the words on the pages and it shows that no matter the darkest things that may happen it's your soul that is the most cherished item that keeps you living and loving. I'm so grateful to have read such a moving and beautiful written book which is truly inspring.
