Oh for goodness sake’s.. “Omniscient Reader: The prophet”? First of all, Kim Dokja is NOT a prophet, the actual prophet is Anna Croft, secondly, KIM DOKJA HATES TWSA? WHEN ITS THE ONLY REASON HE’S STILL ALIVE???? AND YOO SANGAH, REALLY, A HEALER?? SHE’S A LITERAL ASSASSIN IF YOU WILL and gosh, this movie has no actual respect for the original story. THE PAIN I felt hearing they made one of my favorite characters into a HEALER felt so misogynistic because of the stereotype “girls should be healers”. And in my opinion, you shouldn't call it an adaptation at all. it's a whole new story, they should've make a new title for that, and maybe just inspired by ORV?? If you’re gonna say that THAT’S Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint, oh am I going to literally tweak out, you’ve changed almost every important aspect of Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint, and do you expect new viewers to be happy to know that you changed so much of the source material?? Now then back to my point, Yoo Joonghyuk, which is the protagonist of TWSA, and one of the MOST IMPORTANT CHARACTERS IN ORV, was reduced to a “side character”? Really? He and Han Sooyoung are the reason Kim Dokja is still alive, and the reason THIS STORY EVEN EXISTS. And Kim Dokja? Wanting to save the world?? Oh HE DOES NOT WANT TO SAVE THE WORLD, HE WANTS TO SAVE HIS COMPANIONS. And also, this movie erasing one of Kdj's most important character development is crazyyyyyy. Him taking care of his mother.. GOSH. HOW DOES THE ENTIRE PLOT OF HIM BEING THE OLDEST DREAM WORK THEN. And Jung Heewon being his favorite character..? She WASNT EVEN THERE IN TWSA. (And he even called her an extra) AND WHEN HE WAS AT THE VERGE OF JUMPING, WHO WAS THERE? OH RIGHT, YOO JOONGHYUK WHO IS NOW A SIDE CHARACTER. And similarly important, Bihyung. HE DOESNT EVEN LOOK LIKE A DOKKAEBI ANYMORE. HE’S A LITERAL GUMBALL MACHINE. Oh right, YOO JOONGHYUK’S HAIR. WHERE DID HIS FLUFFY HAIR GO?? AND GENUINELY HE LOOKS WEIRD NOW, AND HIS COSTUME LOOKS SO DIRTY TOO, AND EVEN COSPLAYERS CAN DO BETTER. The part where they met was so messed up too.. I’m so disappointed. —————————————————— Now genuinely, from every single little atom in my body, I beg of you, do NOT WATCH THIS MOVIE. IT WILL DISAPPOINT YOU. You’ll be better reading the novel or the manhwa. Or if you really wanna watch it, just pirate it at this point. If I could rate it a 0, I would. That’s all, thank you. ☺️
