Absolutely insane, hilarious and thought provoking. I would highly suggest starting from the beginning. Things may seem quite abstract otherwise. Apart from that, there are really no words that might be spoilers. Though, often not making sense in a strictly logical way, this show's value is entertainment. Think of it like a dream. Not everything makes sense in a dream but just run with it and you will have a good time.
