Longtime flight simmer and have been using FS2020 predominantly in the past few years. I held on to X-Plane franchise expecting X12 to come close to MSFS but didn't. I'm giving this background so there is context to my review. I can see the potential for FS2024 and I'm sure this game will be a magnificent improvement a year from now once it is more stable, major bugs fixed, and the necessary additional features added. One of my major gripes is the streaming; I know it was said we will be able to download and have content locally cached, hopefully this comes sooner than later. I would much rather cache scenery and aircrafts than for textures to be streamed. I have set local cache to 200Gb but see scenery is still being streamed.
