I was very sceptical about this film . Mary poppins clearly doesnt return another slant on the title may have been preferable . That said I enjoyed the film . Modern take on a fabulous film. Was Emily Blunt as good as Julie Andrew's. In my opinion No.

I have never been a Ricky Gervais fan.,but was told about the After Life so thought I would give it ago. It is so cleverly written , the humour is incredible and his portrayal of the grieving widower is incredible. It is like he has experienced it first hand , the feeling of despair ,loneliness wondering if you will ever feel whole or happy again he portrays amazingly well. H having lost my husband and soul.mate 2 and half yrs ago . I can so relate to him Thank you for the wonderful way you have displayed grief and the way it can overwhelm you . Also showing there is life after death of a loved
