A lacklustre story, giving you the impression it could have been written by AI. People praise the visuals; however, I’m sick and tired of modern movies feeling the need to make every single scene either golden hour or blue night moon. It is as if a film student followed a specific guide on “how to make your film cinematic”. The writing was appalling. Conversations lacked any depth and didn’t feel natural at all. The only decent aspects of the movie were the wardrobe and artistic direction for the locations. Everything else, such as the lighting, makeup, script, and acting all leave something to be desired. Lastly, three separate characters were completely able-bodied and fully composed cognitively and were able get one final heartfelt message out before taking their final breath and dying - How gruesomely cliché. Like I said, it’s as if AI wrote this entire movie. Don’t waste your time on this modern slop that they dare to call filmmaking.
