When will EA finally put some true effort into this game? This is a disgrace to the late great John Madden, and he would be rolling in his urn if he knew how badly this game represented not only him, but the franchise as a whole. Yes, gameplay is slightly smoother than years prior, but that’s it! And we shouldn’t be applauding them for this simple fix that should be the bare minimum. Old 2K games and even old Madden’s alike blow the last few games out of the water in almost every fascet. This game has been a travesty since madden 13, and it really wouldn’t seem too hard for a billion dollar company to re add features that were in the game 15 years ago, as well as improve gameplay in 2022. Yet, they still sit back, and do absolutely nothing, and continue to put out a sorry product and push Ultimate Team while neglecting everything else wrong with this travesty of a franchise, and company as a whole. Every other sports video game has problems, but they still blow Madden out of the water. This game could be, and was once fantastic, representing the most popular sports league in North America, yet they continue to disappoint and do nothing year after year, and will continue unless new leadership takes charge in EA, or people stop feeding this sorry company and game money by buying this game every year, and dumping money into packs. Until then, this is the last madden I am buying.
